Property information

New building in the western district of Kolobrzeg. Securely fenced. Guests get a remote control for the barrier with entry to the car park. Some flats have dedicated spaces in the garage hall. There are lockable and covered bicycle storage spaces in the garage hall. A glazed viewing terrace has been arranged on the roof, offering extensive views of the yacht harbour, fishing harbour and harbour entrance with the lighthouse in the background. There is also a room for sun loungers. The flats are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Flats on the ground floor have accessible glazed terraces, equipped with comfortable lounge furniture and an electric fireplace in one of them. Some flats have air conditioning installed. Small distance to the Western Park trails , bicycle trails and Western Beach that is the widest and less crowded beach in the area even in the high season. PLEASE NOTE: We accept SMALL DOGS up to 5 kg in the dedicated flats. An additional charge of 200 zł per stay applies. Any stay with a dog requires approval.

A quiet place to relax but close to many attractions: 10 metres to the Eurovelo R-10 cycle path 700 metres to the beautiful, wide West Beach 500 metres to the area of bars and restaurants 400 metres to fresh fish in the fishing port 1 km to the Salt Marina in the Yacht Port with numerous attractions and concerts in the summer time
