We first dreamt of bosco, then planned, and now we're courageously turning those dreams into reality. In 2024, we took a leap of faith and went to Tuscany to learn from the best, working at a winery with agritourism in Chianti. Earlier, in 2023, we spent much of the summer in Modrzewek, testing our chosen tent and getting to know the area. For several years, we've been exploring glampings and agritourisms across Europe (not always calling it "business trips" 😉). And for over a decade, we've welcomed friends to Modrzewek for our annual "Modrzewialia" gathering. We love Italy - we studied Italian, lived there several times, and whenever possible, we return to immerse ourselves in the language, food, and culture. We're passionate about wine - Karolina explores its history (she's an Italian Wine Scholar and the host of the Apetyt na wło­szczy­znę podcast), while Paweł delves into its production (he defended his thesis on grape­vine cul­ti­va­tion with hon­ors at the Warsaw Uni­ver­si­ty of Life Sci­enc­es). We speak Pol­ish, Ital­ian, Eng­lish, Span­ish, and a lit­tle bit of French ;)
