In the very center of Katowice's city life, we have prepared spaces ideally suited to the dynamics of this place. On the second and third floors of a historic tenement house which have view to the most famous promenade in the city, Mariacka Street, you will find 14 rooms with private bathrooms and a common area in the form of a well-equipped kitchen. All you have to do is open the window and you will feel the unique rhythm of the city, which is reflected in the interiors by the different colors. Here you will find a green oasis of calm or subdued sepia, but also full of energy sunny shades of yellow and orange or more industrial exposed bricks. The common element is high bed with comfortable mattresses and upholstered headboards. Perfect for a crazy weekend city break. For your convenience, access to the rooms is automatic, allowing you to check in yourself at any time. We also took care of equipment that will make your stay pleasant, such as Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine and basic dishes. However, if that's not enough, the Market Square is almost literally around the corner. It's simply impossible to get bored here. At a distance of about 50 meters there are tram and bus stops that allow you to move around. Within a distance not exceeding 2 km, there is the Main Railway Station, the International Bus Station, the express way DTŚ or the A4 motorway, which allows you to communicate in any direction and by any means of transport. Within 7 minutes you can walk to the Market Square, and within a 15-minute walk you can visit the Silesian Museum, NOSPR, Spodek or the International Congress Center. Silesia Park and the Silesian Stadium are accessible within a dozen minutes by one of the many trams running from the Market Square.
