A modern 110 m² residence located directly on the lake, ideal for up to 8 guests. This is a unique architectural project that combines contemporary design, comfort, and closeness to nature. Amenities included: 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Spacious living room with a fireplace, panoramic windows, and a lake view Fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, popcorn maker, induction hob, oven, fridge with ice maker, freezer, toaster, full tableware and accessories) Media: TV, Netflix, fiber-optic internet, Xbox console, projector 3 terraces with lounge furniture for 8 people Beautifully designed garden with rich vegetation, a grill, and a gas smoker Private pier Utility room with a washing machine and dryer Amenities available at an additional cost: Seasonal (from May to September): Heated outdoor pool Electric yacht Electric SUP and kayak Year-round: Jacuzzi with a lake view Modern sauna Fireplace Electric bicycles All paid amenities are available upon prior confirmation of their availability for the selected dates. The house is part of the Kalbornia Mazury complex, which offers additional amenities for residents and guests. About the house: Direct access to the waterfront with a private pier. Private pool available for an additional fee (open during the season). Complex amenities: Private beach and piers exclusively for complex guests. Beach facilities with relaxation and recreational areas. Coming soon: a publicly accessible gym and pool. Nearby attractions: Grunwald Battlefield and Grunwald Battle Museum – a historic site with walking trails and viewpoints.
