I offer a house for rent by the lake in a unique location near the town of Athens from mid-July. A summer house (up to 10 people) located in a charming place by the lake. An absolute haven. The plot is partially wooded and adjacent to the forest, with its own shoreline. The area of the house is 110m2, the plot area is about a hectar. The house has a unique interior in a rural recreation style “back to nature”. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen also features an antique tile stove for cold nights. On the first floor, there are bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the yard, there are also mini football goals, a basketball hoop, and rackets available. You can play recreational tennis on the grass court and golf on the range (250m) as well as mini-golf (2 holes). Meals are eaten on the terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, and kettle. By the lake, there is a pier for fishing or sunbathing depending on your preference :) A rowing boat is also available.
