PM1 is our new project. We have been working in the HORECA industry for several years, this time we decided to create a space that we have not found in our area so far. This is how PM1 was created, which takes into account our fascination with simple design, relaxation in cozy interiors and providing comfort for complete independence during your stay. We like lofts and challenges. When we went to the attic of one of the tenement houses in Mikołajki, built in 1924, we knew that this would be this place. The beginning was quite difficult, replacing the water, gas and electricity installations. Then it was not easier, because one of the beams supporting the roof was removed in front of us ... so a large metal replacement structure appeared. The floors resembled waves in Śniardwy on a windy day, the difference in level was 17 cm. When we started looking deeper into the ceiling - solid, beautifully laid ceiling logs appeared - they wanted to sunbathe again in the sun coming from the windows. When we had almost everything, even wallpaper insulating the wall structure, it turned out that we also had specific stains and in this way - yes, we made a new roof 😉 After a year of renovation, we managed to create a new space in the old walls. Now we invite people who are hungry for simple design, who like independence, independence and interesting, unconventional architectural solutions. May you live well.

Masuria is beautiful at any time of the year. In spring you can admire how nature comes to life, trees and meadows bloom, and ducks learn to swim on the Krutynia River. You can go cycling around the surrounding lakes, such as Lake Tałty. Summer is full of sun and water. This is the perfect time for water sports, yacht cruises, as well as meetings and musical evenings in the sailing village. Autumn attracts with the color of its colors, forests full of mushrooms and sometimes for a quiet reading. Winter gives the best chance for walks on frozen lakes, for skiing and cross-country skiing, as well as learning about traditional Masurian dishes. In addition to nature, it is worth learning about the history of the region, the former Teutonic castles, picturesque villages with wooden buildings, as well as culture and art, including artists who decided to create in this region of Poland.
