When you arrive, one of us will wait to welcome you, hand the keys and give some tips about the area. It’s important to know exactly when you’ll come, as all properties are private apartments without a reception. Standard check in ends at 20:00, but if you want to arrive later, a special person can be organized for late check in and this service costs 90PLN (to be paid in cash upon arrival). Prestige location apartments are located in strict Krakow's Old Town area, so you'll be within walking distance to all the important landmarks, restaurants & nightlife. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor (86 stairs). There is no elevator in the building.

NIGHT SILENCE: This is very important to me: Please remember that this is apartment not a hostel or party house. There are normal neighbours who want to rest in their homes after busy week, or need to wake up early the next day for work. Some of them are eldery people and have health problems. Please be respectful to them, apartment and apartment block. I had recently a very sad situation where my contract was terminated because of a group who made troubles, so now we need to make sure that our guests obey the rules which administration form. Each breach might mean another contract termination for me :( There would also be a request for immediate leave of the mentioned premises by its current inhabitants and a fine of 250E per person + costs of potential damages or cleaning / separating unsorted rubbish. Each group member will need to sign the document during check in, so be sure that those rules are clear before continuing the booking. I will send you this document during booking process for your confirmation. PARKING You could park your car on Basztowa Street - numbers 4-9, or on Krowoderska Street. Your Street is the strict Old Town and it's forbidden to go there by car. They don't tend to give penalties to foreigners, but it's safer not to try it :) Be aware that the entire City Centre is covered by metered Parking Zones. It costs 8-11zł/hour, Monday-Saturday (10am-8pm). Sundays are free, payment is cash (coins)/card. Possibility to pay for the entire day at once. There is also a secured parking nearby on 15 św. Filipa Street or on 6 Worcella Street.
