Luxurious apartment with a sea view located on a quiet, wide beach, which is little frequented even in the high season. You don't have to leave the apartment to enjoy the view and sound of the sea. The 30-meter terrace overlooking the sea allows you to relax on deckchairs with coffee or wine (an espresso machine and a wine cooler are available to guests).
Thank you for your interest in the Sea View apartment in Pogorzelica. I will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your stay. The Sea View Pogorzelica apartment was put into use in July 2023 (Hevenia complex) and is located directly on the beach. You can enjoy the sea view from the living room or from the large 30 m2 terrace equipped with 4 chairs, 2 coffee tables and a comfortable deckchair. The property consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with 2 large TVs (with cable), fiber-optic WIFI internet, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, espresso coffee machine, wine cooler, electric kettle, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron. Tableware, cutlery and glasses are available. Additionally, two beach loungers are available. 1 private parking space included in the price next to the building. A quiet area, among pine forests, right by the sea. The apartment is located 850 meters from the main promenade in Pogorzelica with numerous restaurants and bars.
