A unique holiday home built directly on the lake shore, in a unique location. Guests have exclusive use of a private lake (swimming and fishing are available at no extra charge), a private sandy beach, and a vast, fenced property. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. The town of Bytów, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes, is approximately 2 km away. This comfortable holiday home is built on stilts on a private lake (right on the shore). It comprises a spacious living room (double sofa bed, TV, fireplace, and dining table), a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. An additional double bedroom is located on the mezzanine. The house boasts a large, partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a picturesque view of the lake. A washing machine and dryer are located in a separate utility room. Air conditioning, electric underfloor heating, and a fireplace are available (wood is included in the price). Wireless internet is available. The extensive, well-maintained private property features a sandy beach (with a pedal boat, a stand-up paddleboard, and numerous inflatable water toys available), a playground, a gas grill, and secure parking. Two electric bikes are also available for guests (free of charge) and basic fishing equipment. The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, firewood, two electric bikes, a pedal boat, a stand-up paddleboard, dogs allowed (maximum 2), internet, and parking. A highchair and a cot are available upon request (advance notice required). The Bytów area is the heart of picturesque Kashubia, offering countless opportunities for active recreation: kayaking, cycling, and numerous historical sites (including the Teutonic Castle in Bytów).
