Lemon Pepper Apartments are housed in a meticulously restored, over 100-year-old tenement building made of red clinker brick, a distinguished example of Prussian architecture in the region. Originally serving as a hospital, this historic structure at Mickiewicza 30 underwent a thorough renovation under the supervision of a heritage conservator and in collaboration with a renowned architectural firm. With passion and respect for tradition, the building has been brought back to its former glory, now regarded as the most beautiful tenement in Jelenia Góra. Original architectural details have been preserved: granite stairs, wooden handrails, intricately forged balustrades, and steel beams bearing the signatures of a German foundry, evoking the city’s rich pre-war history. The restored doors open to stairwells that hold a unique surprise—each is inspired by a different period of Leonardo da Vinci’s creative legacy, immersing guests in a world of art and innovation that perfectly complements the spirit of the place.
