Welcome to our unique apartment! 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM (we can be flexible) 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM (also negotiable) About the apartment A spacious 94 m² that can accommodate 5–6 adults. Perfect for couples, families, friends, and yes — pets are welcome! It consists of: 🏡 A living room with a dining area and a tiled stove (gas heating), 🛋 A lounge room that can serve as a second bedroom, 🔥 A bedroom with an oil fireplace (perfect not only for chilly but also for romantic evenings!), 🌿 Two balconies, 🛁 A bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub — because sometimes a shower just isn’t enough! The apartment is located 3 minutes from the promenade (15 minutes on foot from the Main Railway Station, and just 3 minutes away there’s a bus stop with connections to Jelenia Góra, Karpacz, Cieplice, and Szklarska Poręba). The apartment is fully equipped — we’ve traveled a lot before we started hosting, so we know what you might need. 🛀 In the bathroom, you’ll find basic toiletries and towels, plus: ✔ laundry capsules, ✔ disposable toothbrushes, ✔ wet wipes, sanitary pads, and similar items. What you’ll find inside: — Wi-Fi; — large flat-screen TV (65"); — hairdryer; — refrigerator; — washing machine; — coffee maker; — microwave; — travel cot, baby bathtub, etc. What’s special? — rocking chair; — pre-war typewriter; — kids’ tipi tent; — projector for watching movies; — unique atmosphere; — portable foldable wine and snack table with a pizza board; — sugar, salt, pepper, water, coffee, and tea — always included :) What we don’t have: — Private parking – but there’s a public parking area in front of the building (free from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and on weekends and holidays). Alternatively, there’s a free parking lot about 200–300 m away. — Elevator: it’s on the 3rd floor of a tenement house, which might be challenging for elderly guests or those with health issues.

We are a couple connected not only by everyday life but also by shared passions — one of them is our apartment. We see it as more than just a rental — it’s our little space with heart, arranged the way we ourselves would like to relax while traveling: comfortable, clean, and free of unnecessary clutter. We’re open-minded, positive, and believe that the good energy of a place starts with its hosts. We also have a small dog, so we fully understand how important it is to travel with your pet — that’s why we warmly welcome guests with their four-legged friends. Our goal is for our guests to feel at ease and to leave with fond memories of their stay.

Our apartment is located in the heart of Jelenia Góra, on the quiet Okrzei Street, just a few minutes’ walk from the historic Market Square. Guests particularly appreciate this location for its combination of peace and comfort with close proximity to the city’s main attractions. The neighborhood features beautiful tenement houses, cozy cafés, and restaurants serving both regional and international cuisine. Within a short walking distance, you’ll find landmarks such as the Krzywousty Hill observation tower, the historic city walls, the Basilica of St. Erasmus and St. Pancras, and the Karkonosze Museum with its unique glass collection. Our district is a perfect starting point — both for history lovers and for those looking to relax surrounded by nature. It’s close to parks, walking and recreational trails, as well as the famous Cieplice Spa with its thermal pools and gardens. Guests often praise our location for its convenience — everything is within easy reach: attractions, shops, restaurants, and excellent transport connections to Karpacz, Szklarska Poręba, and other mountain resorts. It’s a place you’ll love to return to — quiet, comfortable, and full of local charm.
