Our Studio is modest-cozy and private. It is perfect for a person, group or family who likes their own space. My grandfather build this home for his beloved as a dorm for students. The space The Studio is modest and benefits from private entrance at any time and a great relaxing space. It has two rooms: one with two twin beds and a third cozy one with a third twin bed. The bathroom is located in between both rooms with easy access from both. All rooms have fans and good lighting. Parking is at the street with private lighting. If you are looking to tour the area, and get some sun in the day, this is the perfect place to relax and end your day. This place is also suitable for students, as there are major schools within walking distance. We are also close to the "Rio Piedras" and "Universidad" train station. Guest access If you are a student: you have easy access to the following schools: Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, Politécnica, Universidad de Puerto Rico, Interamerican University of PR Cupey Campus. Other things to note Easy access to the urban train which reaches parts of San Juan through Bayamón. Close to nightlife in Rio Piedras and San Juan. Uber accessible. Close to Rio Piedras food market, restaurants and sightseeing. We are 45 minutes away from El Yunque Rain Forest and the east coast. No smoking or vaping in entire property please.
