Our property has historical roots in Islote. In this very place, one of the most important sugar cane estates in the area once stretched, owned by our grandfather. Right in front of the property, the street is called La Vía, in honor of the train that transported the sugar cane to Central Cambalache in Arecibo. Arecibo is known as the surfing capital, and our Islote is more than just a tourist destination; it is a historical and natural gem that we are happy to share with you. Surfing Spots: Just 5 minutes away, you'll find access to some of the best surfing waves, such as Hallows, Casa del Juez, Mingos, Cueva de Vaca, Casa y Pezca, and Peñón de Mera. These beaches are popular among surfers and offer a breathtaking natural spectacle for all visitors.
