Hi! I have lived in Puerto Rico since 2008 and love exploring the island and sharing the magic of Puerto Rico with our guests. We have a property manager that is available during your stay should anything unexpected pop up. To set you up for the best possible experience, we encourage you to ask questions prior to your trip and print your welcome pack as cell service on the island can be intermittent depending on your carrier.

The space is perfect for the single adventure traveler or a couple. It has its own private entrance as well as a door to the communal back patio and bar area. The unit is a full 1 bedroom with an open concept living/kitchen area with a breakfast bar, as well as a bathroom and spacious bedroom with queen size bed. Amenities include a refrigerator, apartment size gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, cutlery, bath towels, beach towels. The shower has an on-demand water heater which is common to Puerto Rico. We are located on quiet local street that dead ends into the ocean just 3 houses down. Easy to find (this address actually pulls up on your phone!), your vacation will begin stress free. Utilities include reliable town water (plus a 400 gallon cistern), full electricity, on demand hot water direct to the shower, AC in the bedroom, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, and high speed WiFi, you can unplug or plug in as much as you desire. The amazing back patio features hammocks, bamboo bar, outdoor dining and plenty of space to relax as well as a both a BBQ and charcoal grill. This apartment is 1 of 3 units in our freestanding complex. Because of this you will be sharing parking and the communal patio with other guests. This is a great opportunity to meet and socialize with guests from around the world. We think it's the best combination of a hostel meets hotel situation. Plenty of privacy with the opportunity to be social if you would like. Rincon attracts visitors from Puerto Rico, Europe, Latin America and across the United States. Our guests are usually laid back, adventurous and friendly travelers and we only ask that everyone be respectful of the quiet hours and the maintenance of the community areas. // Please be aware that across the island our utility systems are fragile. Our neighborhood has a reputation for having very consistent power and water, however occasional outages are beyond our control.

This is a calm local neighborhood where you will really feel the "real Puerto Rico". It is very safe and secure and we offer a full gated property for your peace of mind. We are located slighly rural which means you will enjoy the sights and sounds of coqui frogs, iguana, sea birds and native rooter and chickens. The happening plaza of Rincon is just a 6 minute drive and the best surfing beaches less than 10 minute drive. This is a relaxed, family neighborhood. If you are looking to relax and unwind, this is the place for you. If you are looking to party late into the night, this is not the best spot. We ask that you wind down the noise at 10pm as to not disturb our wonderful neighbors.
