Painstakingly building renovation to bring out original charm. Self check-in and control access. Comfortable and equipped with all modern amenities to enjoy your beach and city stay. Walking distance to Condado Beach, Condado Lagoon, La Placita de Santurce, bars and restaurants. Only a 10 minute drive to Old San Juan and to the airport. ★ The neighborhood is residential, near an important commercial strip. The location is downtown so there are street noises, especially Fridays and Saturdays. It is lively and many entertainment options in the area are available by foot or a short Uber ride. It is generally safe to walk to places in the area along with many other residents and tourists.
