Water front direct access to the ocean and beach. Snorkeling in your backyard or just take a dip in the ocean. Air conditioned house with individual temperature control for each room. Private and quiet house. Full kitchen with everything you may need or want to use to cook. Gated and fenced for a safer secure feeling. This area is not a tourist area and most people who live near or around are retirees and great people. Local restaurants in the are with water front views and amazing food. If you want to go groceries shopping, there's a Walmart grocery store within 25 minutes of the property.
Your host is. a foodie and loves to surf, travel and explore the island. You can drive the full island in one day in about 5 hours. I know, I've done it.
Very quiet on a non-tourist area during the week days. Weekends are for resting and partying as the locals will gather at the park and enjoy some sun shine and the beach and some food with their family.
