Villa Layka Beach House offers a relaxing beach getaway in the East part of the beautiful island of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH. Gated community, 24-hr security, 2 pools. Our 2ND floor Villa, was recently renovated and has been thoughtfully designed to make guests feel like they're at home away from home. Enjoy a good night of sleep in our queen bed or full sofa bed with High-speed WIFI and air conditioners. Then have a great beach day in our secluded and private beach withe cooler, beach chairs and beach towels. Pet friendly apartment ( subject to fees). Also you can walk on the beach to the Wyndham Rio Mar Hotel facilities - 2 golf courses, casino, spa, restaurants, beach bar, and more. We highly recommend that you rent a car so that you make the most out of your experience in the island. We offer 1 complementary parking inside our gated 24/7 secured community. ****Being on a tropical island means hot weather, humid conditions and possible mosquitoes so please protect yourselves while outdoors. *****Disclaimer regarding electricity, water & internet**** In September 2017 Puerto Rico was directly hit by Hurricane Maria. Unfortunately our power grid has suffered significant damage after the hurricane and over the years. Power, water and internet outages are extremely common in the island and may last from a few minutes to a few hours. Sometimes power goes once a week or sometimes once a month, it's completely out of our control. In the event of a prolonged water outage, our property is equipped with a water tank that may be activated for limited use. We will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption of water, electrical or internet services. If water, electricity or wifi is interrupted for more than 7 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights NOT used. Under NO circumstances we will refund consumed or past nights.
