It currently manages more than 200 houses in the Algarve region, with the main focus on Albufeira, the capital of tourism. All our accommodation are carefully inspected before any check-in, always ensuring that guests are installed with all the necessary requirements to make them feel at home during their short stay. 1. In order to ensure compliance with the regulations in force on public safety and the Town Hall, this establishment requires online check-in and payment of the Tourist Tax through its own channel. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. 2. This property offers private parking, however, spaces are not allocated to each specific accommodation and cannot be booked in advance. Therefore, parking is subject to availability at the time of your arrival. 3. Possibility of noise due to the accommodation's central location. 4. Amenities such as toilet paper are provided for the day of arrival only. 5. Air conditioning is not available in the accommodation. 6. Delivery of an extra kit with new sheets and towels for reservations longer than 10 days.
