Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this modern apartment, located just 1 km from the charming Praia dos Pescadores and Praia do Peneco, as well as the vibrant Old Town of Albufeira. With a capacity for 4 people, the apartment offers a cozy bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, ideal for families or small groups. The contemporary decor and spacious areas filled with natural light create an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment also features air conditioning. Additionally, guests have direct access to a shared pool, perfect for leisure and relaxation. While there is no private parking, public parking spaces are available near the building, but reservations are not possible. Bed linen, towels, and first-day amenities such as shower gel and toilet paper are provided. The day before your stay, we will send you a message with the necessary check-in information. You must reply with your estimated arrival time. Check-in is carried out directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm, but please note that check-ins between 7:00 pm and midnight incur an additional fee. At check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean condition; otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee. We also ask guests to check their belongings carefully when checking out, as we are not responsible for items left behind in the accommodation.
