Apartment with excellent location, located just 500 meters from the main beach in Armação de Pêra, Fisherman’s Beach. The apartment is located in a central area of the city, close to transport, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The building has an elevator and the apartment has all the necessary amenities so you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind. Towels, bed linen and cleaning is included. Guests will have at their disposal 1 bedroom with a double bed, a TV with more than 150 cable channels and a large wardrobe. The apartment has a large living room with 2 sofa beds, dining table, air conditioning and cable TV. The apartment is also ideal for working, as an ultra-fast WIFI network is available free of charge. The apartment's living room has access to a balcony where guests will have a table and chairs available to enjoy meals outside, to take advantage of the good climate that the Algarve has to offer. There is a complete bathroom at your disposal with a sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare your meals and also has another smaller table to dine on. During your stay you will have a property manager at your disposal who can help you at any time.
