NURIS2U is a company dedicated to the promotion of flats and villas for holidays, which was born of a need to support Nurisimo, parent company, already in existence for over 20 years on the market. 2 bedroom flat for holidays on the 1st line of Praia da Rocha, fully furnished and equipped and only 50 m from the beach. Property composed of: entrance hall, two bedrooms with wardrobes (a suite with double bed and another bedroom with two single beds), living room with two sofas and two single beds and fully equipped kitchen. It has air conditioning (cold and hot) in the bedrooms and living room. # - A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. # PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: In accordance with municipal legislation applicable since 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay cash at check-in: - In high season (01/04 to 31/10) - EUR 2 per person, per night. - In low season (1/11 to 31/03) - EUR 1 per person, per night. # Obs: - The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over. # - The costs of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use. Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated). Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash. Electricity and water included in each 30-day booking, depending on the type of accommodation: T2: 250 Kwhs and 12 m3. If the surplus is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the value of the deposit.

Praia da Rocha is a beach in the municipality of Portimão, in the Algarve (Portugal). This beach has a large extension of sand, in a total area of about 146 000 m2, along 1.5 km of coastline. Next to the beach stands the Fortaleza de Santa Catarina, built in the 17th century to ensure the defence of the Arade river bar. The beach owes its name to the rocks that lie between the sand and the sea. It is one of the most famous beaches in the Algarve, if not in the whole country. Every year, during the summer, the beach fills up with tourists from all over the world and, despite its great extension, it is rare not to be crowded. In recent years, it has hosted the Mundialito de Futebol de Praia (Beach Soccer World Cup), which is played in a purpose-built stadium with a capacity for 3000 people. Next to the beach, there is a plurality of restaurants and bars that attract a great number of tourists, both during the day and at night.
