Everybody is welcome, from for hikers, nature lovers, surfers, alone or in group. We like to share Odeceixe and our one experiences and local knowledgement with the visitors. At Downton there is a mix, neighbors are locals and Portuguese families and small local business, so you’ll feel just like one true local. Every detail of the house was carefully thought by its Portuguese owners who are true Odeceixe Lovers.

The Bohemian Antique Guest House is an old family house located at the main square of Odeceixe village, near Odeceixe beach, one of the most beautiful places of the Natural Park of Vicentina coast. It's a historic house renovated in 2019 maintaining is true charm with the old wooden floor and the majestic entrance with a wood door that has more than a century. Every detail here was carefully thought by its Portuguese owners who are true Odeceixe Lovers. The house features a communal living room where guests can share their stories, a double bedroom with private bedroom, a bedroom with two bunker beds in which can sleep up to four persons with a bathroom, and finally a house with mezzanine in which sleeps three persons with kitchen, a living room, and private bathroom. The house offers 9 beds on total, it’s ideal for summer holiday, for hikers, nature lovers, surfers, alone or in group. In July and August the Guesthouse plays it’s Bohemian roll and go´s to party with the Fiestas of Odeceixe with various spectacles and night life. Staying at Odeceixe village center is all about seeing and feeling the rhythm of life and the authentic experience of being almost a local.

We receive guests all year round, Odeceixe is a place with a lot of different interests. Right in the middle of the Natural Park of Vicentina coast our guest can enjoy trail, BTT, Traill running, fishing, Surf, Kayak or just relax and stay at the beach, wich is nice from June to September. Near odeceixe you will find a lot of beaches with a unique beauty, but the countryside deserves also a visit, May is the month of springtime with the Esteva Flower coming alive. In July and August the Guesthouse plays is Bohemian roll and go´s to party with the Fiestas of Odeceixe, that goes on for two months, with various spectacles and nigth life. Staying at Odeceixe village center is all about seeing and feeling the rhythm of life and the authentic experience of being almost a local.
