This freshly renovated apartment offers a peaceful, sunlit setting perfect for relaxing after exploring the city or coast. The open-plan living area features floor-to-ceiling bay windows, a cozy sofa, Smart TV, and a dining space for four. The kitchen is equipped with oven, stovetop, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso-style machine, and all essential cookware and cutlery. The two bedrooms include one with a double bed and another with two singles, both with soft linens and natural tones. There are two modern bathrooms with showers, toilets, and fresh towels. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays. Fast Wi-Fi makes remote work or streaming a breeze. Privacy blinds are being added following guest feedback. Duque Loulé, Linda-a-Velha. » Guests are required to fill a form with ID/Passport information before or upon check-in. » Late Check-In Fee: All guests must pay a fee of 25euros for arrivals between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, paid in cash at check-in » If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.
