My husband Jorge was born in the back of this property, in the small house now in ruins, where he spent the first 10 years of his life before the family immigrated to the USA. He grew up in New Jersey, we met at 15, and we’ve now been married 41 years with one son, David. We live in North Carolina but return to Portugal each year. Jorge likes running, biking and photography, while I enjoy cooking and gardening, we both love to travel.
