House Care is born from the intention to make the universe of condominium and apartment management closer to each of us. It is a service whose differentiation is based on the identity of the brand created by Joana and Celeste, in which the customer becomes a friend and the apartment becomes a home. This is a project that has the signature of two women from the north of Portugal, who want to make a difference in a competitive market, where the metric of their growth passes through the amount of smiles that drive.

The "Casinha da Praia" was renovated in 2025 and stands out for its quiet location and immediate beach access. Just open the living room shutters and you'll wake up to the sea air of Madalena Beach! You'll benefit from a welcoming atmosphere, making it an excellent option for a vacation with friends, family, or even a romantic getaway. Nearby are a supermarket, restaurants, a café and bakery, bars, playgrounds, the Port Wine Cellars, and the historic areas of Gaia and Porto. Free parking!

Located in a residential area and a lot of demand for those who like the beach and to surf. You can buy your bread or eat a snack in the bakery in front of the building, make your grocery shopping in the supermarket next to the building, have lunch or dinner in the restaurant next door, take a walk along the walkway that accompanies the seafront or have a cocktail at the nearest bar.
