The Sequeira by Umbral has 4 T1 and 4 T2, recently renovated. Situated on the beachfront, it is a 2-minute walk from the famous Praia dos Pescadores in Albufeira. Amenities and toilet paper are only provided on the day of arrival, the remaining days are at the expense of the guests. The apartments do not have daily cleaning, only towels are changed every 4 days and sheets are changed weekly. There is no means of payment by card on site, the remaining payment is required on the day of arrival and in cash. Please be advised that Check-ins after 7pm have an additional cost of 20.00Eur to be paid in cash. We ask that you inform us of your arrival time in advance. If we do not have this information, you may have to wait up to 1 hour for the person responsible. It is necessary to leave a deposit of a minimum 200eur in cash or credit card. In case of a Monthly Rate Booking please note that the deposit asked will be the same amount of one month payment, also please note that the electricity will be an extra and paid separately. Please inform us when making your reservation if you would like an invoice with NIF. Without this information, the invoice will be made to the Final Consumer without any form of change. Please note that this unit doesn't have reception.
