Boasting an Olympic-size outdoor pool, this 4-star hotel is situated on a hillside of Buçaco. The Grande Hotel provides direct access through a tunnel to the Luso Thermal Spa which offers a variety of wellness services, subject to availability and at an extra cost. Other leisure activities include squash, table tennis and snooker. For its little visitors, De Luso has a Kids Club. All rooms at Grande Hotel De Luso are air conditioned and include a bathroom with a bathtub. Guests can watch satellite TV on the LCD screen while enjoying cool drinks from the minibar. Free WiFi is available in all public areas. Portuguese cuisine can be sampled, along with a fine wine, at The Grande’s restaurant. Regional and international drinks are served at the bar overlooking the pool. Grande Hotel De Luso is about one hour’s drive from Praia da Tocha and Praia de Mira. Coimbra is 20 minutes’ drive away and Aveiro can be reached within 30 minutes by car.
