The fine print
Please note that a deposit of 50% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. The remaining 50% will be charged up to 3 days before check-in. This payment must be made by bank transfer.

A damage deposit of € 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
