This building and flat breathe modernity and elegance through its decoration and architecture. Built in one of the most developed areas of the city, the building is close to everything you need for a holiday. Exquisitely decorated and modern, it has two suites; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both suites are equipped with a private bathroom and walk-in shower. In the kitchen, you'll find a pleasant, fully-equipped space with a pass-through to the dining area and a living room, equipped with everything you need, as well as a sofa bed. From the living room you have access to the balcony overlooking the gardens, the pool and the sea in the background. The position of the flat gives you greater peace of mind, as it is away from the main access routes.. The flat also has a guest bathroom and separate laundry room. This building is equipped with a communal swimming pool and gym, where you can enjoy a good swim or keep fit while enjoying your holiday. The flat has a maximum capacity of 5 people. Area The property is located on Estrada Monumental, near to the Monumental Lido Shopping Centre and Forum Madeira, 5 minutes walk from the Lido Bathing Complex and Promenade and 2 minutes walk from Padel Tennis courts. This is a privileged area as it is close to gardens, restaurants, bars, shops and services, as well as being 7 minutes drive from the Funchal city centre or 30 minutes if you choose to walk. In the city centre there are several touristic attractions and activities to suit all tastes (cultural, radical, nature-related activities, for any purpose of your visit to Madeira Island). Getting around The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. Access to property You have access to all areas of the property. Interaction We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. RULES We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
