However, our customer support team is available remotely between 9am and Midnight daily. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Guests staying in the Shared Room (bed in dormitory room), must pick up the keys from a second location, 250m, or a 4 minute walk from Bica Mini Hostel. You will receive key collection instructions by whatsapp or email. WARNING: Access to the hostel and rooms is by very steep steps. This hostel may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. We accept payment by Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Multibanco and MBWay ONLY. All reservations are paid 72 hours before your arrival date. Bica Mini Hostel located in the calm and relaxed neighbourhood of Bica, and is the perfect choice for anyone wanting a quiet space to stay in a social environment. Our guests at Bica Mini Hostel are always welcome at our Sister Hostel, Party Zone Hostel Bairro Alto, for all your social activities including themed party nights, drinking games competitions, pub crawls (with a twist), speed dating and daily challenges. We have loads of free shots to give out for daily winners, so dont miss out!!

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood has a local and traditional atmosphere with many restaurants and bars available within easy walking distance of the hostel. There is a supermarket 500m up the road, and several mini markets within 5 minutes walking distance. Bica Mini Hostel is located in the central and historic area of the city, 15 minutes walking distance from the Baixa-Chiado metro station, or Cais do Sodre transport hub (train, metro and ferry). In the Calçada do Combo Street there are trams that will take you to the Cathedral of Estrela, the castle and the historical neighborhoods of Alfama and Graça. The fantastic viewpoint of Santa Catarina is walking distance from Bica Mini Hostel, and is considered one of the best places to see the sunset in Lisbon and enjoy some local live entertainment from one of many street musicians.
