The property is inhabited by 6 families and is very peaceful and serene. It has an elevator and access to all points of interest in the city of Coimbra. The street where this building was built in 1971, was already Rua dos Oleiros in 1255 and passed in 1890 Avenida dos Oleiros. it passed the street again in 1959. It connected the port of potters to Rua João Cabreira. That area was since the Middle Ages the domain of potters, until in the 18th century they moved to the Terreiro de Santa Justa area and were replaced there by lambs from the Santa Clara sergaria, destined for other purposes.
I am a Portuguese Engineer, I am 48 years old and I live and work in Coimbra. My availability is total to receive you, in an apartment right in the heart of Coimbra. The decoration and furniture were made with local accommodation in mind. I hope you like it and enjoy this wonderful city.
