Situated between the beach and the center of Alvor, this apartment offers everything one needs to explore the the surrounding area with a beautiful pool view. The beach is 2 minute walk away, the town is 1 minute away walking with also a lot of local cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is fully equipped with all the essentials, one balcony is available with an amazing panoramic view over the river, pool and ocean. There's a communal swimming pool and also secure parking. Clube Alvor Ria is a modern complex by the harbour in the village of Alvor. The apartment is on the ground floor which has one bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the lounge that will sleep an additional 2 guests. There is one renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment has a beautiful view of the swimming pool, river and sea. The complex has an outdoor pool, large sun terrace and car parking in a secured area through security gates at the complex. At the swimming pool, you have your own personal locked sunbeds that are private for the apartment. The apartment comes with wifi, portuguese and english tv, air conditioning and all utensils needed for your holiday. For golf enthusiasts, the Alto Club and the championship course at Penina are about 5/10 minutes drive away. The long sandy beach, which boasts various eateries, is only 0.5 miles away and the fishing village of Alvor, with shops, restaurants and supermarket is directly next to the complex. There is also a Sport complex with a public indoor swimming pool/tennis courts/skateboarding and hydrotherapy baths next to the complex. This complex is one of the many few in Alvor that is in the centre of town, by the beach, with parking and a swimming pool.
