The apartment is composed of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom. A flat-screen TV, towels and aircondition is offered. It is located in calm area yet near all facilites like restaurants, supermarkets, beach and golf courses.

There is a free parking just in front of the building and another one not far. Situated in Cabanas de Tavira, 300 metres from Cabanas Beach and 2.9 km from Fabrica Mar Beach, is set 7 km from Island of Tavira and 5,5 km from the Comercialcenter Tavira Gran Plaza. It takes 5min by foot till the ferry to the nearest beach (10min ride), 15-20min walking from the train station, 5min walking from supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Benamor Golf Course is 2.6 km from the property. The nearest airport is Faro Airport, 52 km from Paradise in Cabanas de Tavira.
