Close enough to walk to the local town with its all amenities. The property is secluded but not isolated. Feel free to enjoy the garden or sun terrace as much as you like. You can use the kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking.

The property has fields on three sides with a coastal view. The street has no passing-through traffic. It's easy to park either in front of the property or on the drive. The property is perfect for walkers or guests who enjoy biking in the hills or road bikes.
