Welcome to Pine House, a charming villa nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Faro, within a 20minute walking distance from the amazing Faro Island and a 10 to 15minute walking distance from the airport. Inserted in a peaceful neighborhood, this property exudes her own Portuguese traditional charm amidst the natural reserve of “Ria Formosa”, with access to the walking paths of the pine forest starting in the opposite street. There are 2 suite rooms with private bathrooms in the upper floor. 3 standard rooms with access to two shared bathrooms in the main floor, and 2 extra rooms on the basement floor that shared another bathroom. There is also one suite room with private entrance on the basement floor. Arriving at the Pine House you can find that there are always plenty of parking options surrounding the property. Your access key is in the locks just next to the main entrance door. Stepping inside you'll find yourself immersed in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. In the main floor, the interiors are set to create a warm and welcoming ambiance that only wish to promote you with a peaceful and relaxing stay. There is also a very wide kitchen full of amenities that connects to an outside area with tables and chairs for your comfort. You can still enjoy the quietness of the shared living room in the main floor, and in the upper floor all guests have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding villas and a little of the ria Formosa natural park. Downstairs, on the basement floor, you can find our smaller, yet cozy rooms with another shared bathroom for your needs. This rooms have small windows to the garden and they don’t have TV but they have very good wifi coverage.

The “Quinta do Eucalipto”, meaning “Eucalyptus farm”, is the name of the neighborhood where the Pine House is located. It is a very well-known and special place to live and one of the preferred locations for family’s villas in the Faro area. Always very quiet and peaceful. Sometimes the dogs bark, but hey, that´s what dogs do right!? 😊 The location is comfortably near the airport but without you earing a sound. So probably it will easily be the chirping of birds to awake you then anything else, or the slow pace of the ocean nearby. The beach is a 20minute walk in the new walking track of the city and you still can find the walking trails of the “Ria Formosa”, that is always a crowd favorite in the sundown. It goes from the Faro beach "crab" roundabout - you´ll find out what that means easily - passing the world-famous destination for the rich and famous, the Quinta do Lago, till the coastal city of Quarteira, that is another special place for the holidays in Portugal´s favorite beach destination, the Algarve. (and with some great restaurants too, but avoid the most touristic ones! They´re hardly the best despite the tantalizing promotion if you know what I mean…) But if you feel that´s just too much nature for one day, then you can get the bus to Faro and enjoy one of Algarve´s most vibrant cities. Nothing like Lisbon I must say, but you can still enjoy some fabulous cocktails in the local bar´s and shake your booty in one of the local pubs and discos available till late in the morning. (Just ask Inês for some tips where to eat and drink and you´ll be fine.)
