The Quinta dos Sabores is a life project that we both share. The beginning of this project took place in 2002 with the recovery of the farmhouse for us to live in. We built our home, our base; the home of our family. The 3 hectares property, was once an orange farm, having passed through the production of passion fruit and currently is dedicated to a diversified production of biological vegetables. The structure offers the possibility of getting different services sharing the same space. In our Oficina you can purchase our vegetable baskets, jams and chutneys as well as you can watch culinary and horticulture workshops. At Quinta dos Sabores Farm Restaurant you can taste our products combined with high-quality ingredients, in a warm and intimate atmosphere. More recently, we provided Quinta dos Sabores Farm House, an independent house, very simple but cosy, where you can stay and be part of our family during your holiday. We are expecting you to enjoy the great energy of our land and that our house will make you feel like home. Have a nice stay!

Quinta dos Sabores Farm Houses are two independent, simple and cozy apartments, surrounded by a family farm with a gourmet restaurant, a pool and a jacuzzi. The house comprises a bedroom with a king size bed, possible to turn into a twin, a comfortable room overlooking the sky and the sea or the garden, a very practical kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. It's possible to add an extra single bed in the bedroom or in the living room. It is located at the narrowest part of São Miguel Island and is therefore an excellent starting point to discover all the wonders that the island has to offer. It’s approximately 15 km away from the airport, 5 km from the city of Ribeira Grande and 10 km from the city of Ponta Delgada. It’s near the emblematic Lagoa do Fogo and Caldeira Velha, where you can enjoy a thermal bath in a natural hot water pool. 5 minutes away you can find the beautiful Santa Barbara Beach (Areais), very popular with surfers. The Contemporary Arts Center - Archipelago, a beautiful restored building, is a mere 5 minutes away. A Welcome Basket is waiting for you, giving you a taste of the products of our farm.
