Amenities and toilet paper are only provided on the day of arrival, the remaining days are at the expense of the guests. The apartments do not have daily cleaning, only towels are changed every 4 days and sheets are changed weekly. Please be advised that Check-ins after 11:30 pm have an additional cost of 20.00Eur to be paid in cash. We ask that you inform us of your arrival time in advance. If we do not have this information, you may have to wait up to 1 hour for the person responsible. At check-in, we request a security deposit of a minimum 200 euros paid in cash or credit card. This amount serves as a guarantee against possible room damage or violations of our policies during your stay. Please inform us when making your reservation if you would like an invoice with NIF. Without this information, the invoice will be sent to the Final Consumer without any form of change. Monthly rate subject to a minimum of 28 nights. Deposit of 1 month of reservation will be asked, and electricity paid separately. Please note that this unit doesn't have reception.
