Located in Bairro Alto, in the heart of Lisbon Historical center, The Late Birds Lisbon - Gay Men's Guesthouse offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a sun deck and a lounge bar. Each air-conditioned room at The Late Birds Lisbon includes a computer, a cable channel TV, free WiFi access and a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Small cooked breakfasts can be served in the morning and a brunch is prepared on Sundays. Gay weddings as well as birthday parties or special events can be organized by The Late Birds' team. The guest house is located just 650 metres from Principe Real. Lisbon Portela Airport is located a 20-minute drive from the property.

The Late Birds Lisbon is housed in a completely restored, late-18th century building with sixteen very comfortable climate-controlled rooms, lounge, beautiful garden and UV-treated swimming pool. The idea was to "create an urban resort for the gay male community" located in the heart of Lisbon’s historical center, Bairro Alto and Principe Real, where all guests and their friends, men or women, are treated as part of the community.

The Late Birds Lisbon is located in the the quiet area of Bairro Alto in the historic and trendy centre of Lisbon with Principe Real and Chiado as its closest neighbourhoods. The most stylish shops ranging from antiques and design to revival fashion and new trends are within a 5-minute walk. Avenue Liberdade, the Lisbon luxury area, is within a 10-minute walk. Regarding nightlife, the Guesthouse is less than a 10 minute-walk from all gay venues (Bars, Clubs and Saunas) and the most famous and typical restaurants of Bairro Alto, Chiado, Principe Real, Santos and Cais do Sodré. The Lisbon International Airport (LIS) is less than a 20-minute drive away or a 10-minute Metro journey (transfer shuttle available upon request). Costa da Caparica Beaches is within 20 minutes, and a shuttle is available upon request.
