Welcome to my studio! This delightful 40 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this lovely city. It is located on the 5th floor and has a lift access. It is designed with open living and sleeping areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a single couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. It also features a comfortable double bed and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven and a cooking plate. There is also a washing machine available. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!
