This triplex apartment is situated on the third floor, no elevator, and apartment itself has three floors. It can accommodate up to four persons. It is made in traditional style, with wooden floors. On the first level is a master bedroom with double bed (140x200) and separated bathroom with shower. On the second level is kitchenette with dinning are and half bathroom (toilet+sink). On the third level is a double bed (140x200). Second and third levels are separated only by stairs, there is no door between them. Only attic room has AC, while bedroom on the 1st level has el. heater/fan for winter/summer.

We are couple in mid forties and we are into rental business since 2010.

Alfama is the most charismatic neighbourhood in Lisbon, one of few that survived 1755. earthquake. It's a labyrinth of narrow cobblestone streets and small squares. Lisbon down town - Baixa, is about 15 min walking from the apartment, as well as Castle of São Jorge, beautiful viewpoints (Portas do Sol, Graça, Senhora do Monte), legendary tram No. 28, etc. Santa Apolónia (train/metro station) is less than 5 min walking, but we suggest you to discover Lisbon by feet, because the best things are hidden in small streets of our old neighbourhood. Many places of interest are really close. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, you can enjoy the atmosphere of Lisbon flea market-Feira da Ladra. There are several banks, pharmacies, local grocery stores, supermarkets, and lots of restaurants/cafés in its vicinity.
