Additionally, we offer to identify first-rate properties for foreign investors wanting to buy property in Portugal, either for own use or to realise a return through the holiday rental market. Urban Beach Estoril Apartment is located within a friendly family oriented area, a 7 minute walk away from the Estoril Train Station and bus stop with connecting routes to Cascais and Sintra. The property is found within a 4 apartment complex and on one of the connecting back streets that lead to Estoril. Near the apartment you will a coffee shop, a few meters down a mini market (near the parish council) where you will find direct access to paredão, known by the locals, which is the beachfront pathway that connects São João do Estoril to Cascais - worth the walk and along it you will find different beaches, bars and restaurants.
