In the heart of Alfama, step into this two-bedroom house where every detail has been crafted for your comfort. Modern and minimalist design is beautifully punctuated by vibrant pops of color. The ground floor welcomes you with an equipped kitchen and a cozy seating area, while upstairs, you'll discover two inviting bedrooms. Living in Alfama, you'll experience the authentic Lisbon – wander through narrow cobblestone streets and immerse yourself in the soul-stirring sounds of Fado. Alfama is a touristy area with a lot of activity throughout the day, especially due to the various restaurants and cafes. Therefore, noise is to be expected. During the month of June, the annual Santos Populares festivities take place in the streets, significantly increasing noise and the influx of people. The house, which opens directly onto the street, is located on a cobblestone street with exclusively pedestrian access - the nearest car access is about 80 meters away. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. Monthly utilities bills exceeding 150EUR will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms. Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities.
