The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, heating, a washing machine, a TV with a DVD player, mosquito nets and electric shutters. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The villa boasts a private covered terrace on the first floor with a fabulous sea view. There are also a private fenced pool, a garden and a barbecue area (well-equipped with table and chairs) available for your enjoyment. The terraces around the property are furnished with sun loungers, chairs, a table and parasols. There is also a basketball net for sport lovers, as well as a jogging track in the garden around the tennis court. A parking space is available on the property. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups are not admitted. Parties are not allowed.
