Company information

A year after getting married in Portugal we managed to acquire Vila Julieta as a ruin to make our common dream a reality, turn it into a Guesthouse. Making our guests feel at home and spoiling them with our delicious breakfast of fresh, seasonal and local produce is what we love to do.

Property information

Vila Julieta is a carefully century-old refurbished house maintaining its ancient charm inside and out whilst our guests can benefit of contemporary comfort. If you feel like it, you can have your breakfast in our front garden in between orange trees and lots of lovely smelling plants. After a long day of sightseeing and walking around the city you can also lie down in the shade of our walnut-tree in the backyard.

Neighbourhood information

Vila Julieta is situated in the barrio Conchada, which is a quiet neighbourhood with all sorts of facilities nearby, like a bakery, small grocery shops, a pharmacy and cafés. The best of all is that it takes only a 10 min walk to the city center of Coimbra and a 15 min walk to the world heritage university site.
