The spacious kitchen is fully-equipped to prepare a continental breakfast or/and an epic dinner. The barbecue near the kitchen can be used for some traditional portuguese grills of fresh fish or tasteful meat. The meals can be served indoors in the wide dining room or outdoors by the swimming pool in the pergola’s shadow. The living room has a big 75 inch TV and comfortable sofas for large groups to watch your favourite shows or sports, and through its large windows you can see the quiet blue swimming pool or simply watch on your children while they are having fun. Every bedroom has air conditioning so you can adjust it to your ideal temperature on the coldest and warmest days of the year and wide windows that provide a luminous and natural experience. Also, the balconies, in each bedroom, provide a private outdoor space where you can enjoy fresh air, natural sunlight or even some space for a calm workout or yoga session. Most of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, each one equipped with a toilet, sink, bidet and a shower or a whirlpool tub. Beside a great noise insulation, the house is integrated with some smart technologies such as Bluetooth speakers in every major division including bedrooms, electric shutters, large and smart TV’s, alarm system and a fast internet connection. To make sure you don’t have to worry about anything, swimming pool/beach towels, bath towels, and bed sheets are provided by us free of charge. Children are welcome, baby cot and high chair at disposal and without additional cost.

The house is part of a quiet and luxurious neighbourhood that is only 5 min away by car from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Praia do Barranco das Belharucas (also part of Praia da Falésia) and the city of Albufeira is only 10 min away by car where you can find a big variety of good restaurants and bars. There are also hotels and resorts where you can book other activities such as tennis or golf.
