Villa Monte Rei 7 is a vacation rental property located in Vila Nova de Cacela, Algarve. Villa Monte Rei 7 can sleep up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. There is a shared pool (South-East Facing). As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure. The tax amount is set at 2 Euros per guest per night. Children under 13 years old are exempt from this tax. The tax is payable for up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person, per stay. This is paid upon arrival at the reception.
