VILLA Estrelas- PENICHE in the town centre - Two terraces with sea views - Beach 300 metres away This main house has 3 bedrooms. One is located in the small studio on the villa's private patio and is ideal for teleworking. The two terraces, with their superimposed staircases, give the impression of a houseboat and offer an expansive view of the ocean, inviting you to daydream. Two other independent houses in the same street are available for rent: the two-bedroom Maison P4 and the one-bedroom Maison P3, which have their own separate facilities and access but a more limited sea view. Our three houses on the same street are comfortable, well-equipped and air-conditioned, with Portuguese marble staircases adding to their charm and change of scenery. Please check accessibility for adults and children. The living spaces of the three houses are open towards the secure terrace , away from the street and from view Make your choice according to the rates and your accommodation needs for 6 people or 4 people or 2 people, or rent the whole property for meetings, family or friends, while remaining independent. Take a look at the photographs on the site, which are very detailed, particularly concerning access via the private patio inside the property, for at least one bedroom in each property. Our three houses are located in a quiet area, 5 minutes' walk from the town centre and restaurants, 300 metres from a small family beach and 1.6 km from the major supermarkets Intermarché, Liddl, Aldi and Continent.

The VILLA is a haven of peace . Situated on a rock, the property dominates the ocean Take the footpath (photo of the fuschia flowerpot) overlooking the ocean . On foot, by bike, running or in a pushchair with baby, take a short or long tour of the peninsula. Come and recharge your batteries.

The VILLA and our other two houses are a 5 minute walk from the town centre, shops, restaurants, museum, harbour for boat trips, a small beach and a 30 minute walk ( 1,6 Klm = 5 minutes by car ) from Continent, Lidl, Aldi and Intermarche supermarkets and 10 minutes by foot the fresh market. ( Fruits, vegetables, Fish ) We have two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk of the house, a bakery for fresh bread in the morning or Portuguese desserts and a hairdresser. Our three comfortable houses have different prices depending on whether you need one bedroom, two bedrooms or three bedrooms, or whether you rent all the houses. The parking next to the house is free and has containers for food waste, cardboard and empty bottles. Please note that a the end of july there is the carniva, linked to the veneration of the saint of PENICHE Nossa Senhora da Boa Viagem . Please enquire if you do not wish to rent during this period, because of noise of the maneges witch stops at midnight/one o'clock .Or would you prefer to participate or watch the illuminated maneges from our terrace and the fireworks?
