Beautiful summer house with excellent location, in the center of San Bernardino. The main access is digitalized and the sliding tailgate. Infinity pool, lights, waterfall and 3 lounge chairs. Integrated living room - barbecue area - dining room ideal to share with family and friends. The kitchen is spacious and equipped (has a dishwasher) and has a storage room and laundry area.
The neighborhood brings a lot of peace with the sound of birds throughout the day, extremely quiet and safe. The neighbors are very polite. Something I like to highlight is the ease of getting around on foot without feeling unsafe, just steps from the supermarket, the square and the pedestrian area in the center of San Ber. If you are a person who likes to go for a walk, this location is very beneficial for you. There is space for 3-4 vehicles parked comfortably inside the house, plus there is also plenty of parking at the main entrance. It is very common to use a bike or UTV around the neighborhood.
