My name is Cosmin and I am very passionate to find old houses and transform them in a way that I can leave my print. I like to travel a lot, to get in touch with the locals, to know their culture and traditions. That's why I try to offer my guests what I expect and I will receive on my travels.

Property information

The house was refurbished in order to satisfy all the need that our guests might encounter. Has separate entries for all the rooms, a fully equipped kitchen where guests can have their breakfast, a lounge where they can socialize. Also we have a small garden where the guests can spend their time outside.

Neighbourhood information

The house was built in 1901 and was the property of a Jewish family. The street where the house was built carried the name of Margarethengasse in 1790 therefore we named our property based on this. It is a very quiet street, away from the noise of the city but very close to all the attractions in Sibiu.
