Separated apartments (from the entrance hall in all rooms), unique view from both sides of the building. All the bedrooms have views to the Clabucet slope (+ Bucegi mountains from the last floor), all the living rooms from all the floors - overlooking the city and the Postavarul mountains. Apartment capacity - 4 pers. (Including children). - Double rooms overlook the Clabucet ski slope. Balconies in all rooms, terraces in all living rooms. We offer baby cots and high chair on request if available. We offer on request vouchers with discounts at Fun Park Trei Brazi Predeal. At 70 m there is a promenade area and a bicycle route (Polistoaca), a route that leads to Cabana Susai or Azuga. We recommend: tourist routes, swimming pool- 300m, ice rink -250m, bowling- 400m, restaurants -20m, pizzerias, atv 200m, bicycles -120 m, ski or board instructors, taxi, etc. The winter temperature in the rooms is 23 degrees We do not accept groups larger than 8 persons.

Imobil cu 8 apartamente decomandate ideal pentru familii dar si cupluri. Priveliste catre partia de ski din fiecare apartament. Fiecare apartament dispune de doua terase (una la rasarit si una la apus). In fiecare zi camerista noastra intra in fiecare apartament sa ia gunoiul si sa schimbe lenjeria sau prosoapele la termen. In caz ca nu doriti sa se intre in apartament folositi insemnul nu deranjati punandu-l pe clanta usii. Loc de parcare pentru fiecare apartament in curte si pe strada. Curte cu balansoar, foisor, mic loc de joaca cu leagan, saltea sarituri, tobogan, casuta copii mici. Monitorizare video 24/24 spatiile comune. Nu acceptam grupuri mai mari de 8 persoane, decat daca inchiriaza toata proprietatea.

Imobil situat in mijlocul punctelor de interes. Brasov, Sinaia, Busteni, Bran Aproape de partia Clabucet si de centrul statiunii. In curand se va deschide sania de vara la partia Clabucet.
